                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF 
                   ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES TO COOK & 
                   SPENCER CONSULTANTS, INC., FOR ENGINEERING 
                   SERVICES ON THE DOWNTOWN STREETSCAPING PROJECT, 
                   AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED NINETEEN THOUSAND EIGHT 
                   HUNDRED THIRTY AND NO/100 ($19,830.00) DOLLARS.

              	   BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
         CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
         the award of engineering consulting services to Cook & Spencer 
         Consultants, Inc. for engineering services on the downtown 
         streetscaping project, at a cost not to exceed $19,830.00.
